Overbeck Marine Construction and Southeastern Coastal Construction have been household names in the Wilmington area marine construction industry for decades. In the beginning of 2023, Daniel Shirley of Overbeck Marine Construction and Stephen Conway of Southeastern Coastal Construction decided to join forces and create INSEA Marine, LLC.
