Overbeck Marine and Southeastern Coastal Construction are now INSEA Marine, LLC.
INSEA Marine, LLC was founded in 2023 by Daniel Shirley of Overbeck Marine Construction and Stephen Conway of Southeastern Coastal Construction—two names with decades of experience in the Wilmington-area marine construction industry.
By joining forces, Daniel and Stephen brought together their experience, resources, and knowledge of coastal construction to create INSEA Marine. Today, our team specializes in docks, bulkheads, boat lifts, and marina construction, serving both residential and commercial waterfront projects throughout the Wilmington area.
From planning and permitting through construction, we bring proven experience, quality craftsmanship, and a practical understanding of our local waterways to every project.
